Exhibor Opportunities
Organizations are invited to exhibit their business or other efforts at the conference! An exhibit space will include one complementary conference registration, a skirted table, and two chairs. Power may be available upon request. Exhibit spaces are $250.00. Register today to reserve your spot as spaces are limited!
Conference Session Participation
The conference is not currently accepting abstract submissions to be considered for inclusion in conference sessions. Please direct questions about abstract submissions to Kerry Rowland at krrowland@aep.com.
Academic Poster Session
The conference is accepting abstracts to present posters at this year's conference. Individuals/Teams currently enrolled in the following programs are encouraged to apply:
- University Undergraduate/Graduate
- Technical School Programs
- Community Colleges
Posters may be related to research, practical applications, a program/technology/other topic as considered by the conference committee. Don't miss this great opportunity to present your work/research to the energy industry!
